Paul grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He lived and worked in the area until he had enough of the cold winters and moved south.  Paul lived in Charleston, SC and Atlanta before finding the perfect place to live, Sarasota.

Paul has been in the Financial Industry for over 30 years.  He started his career as an Actuary with Colonial Penn Insurance Group and later worked for The Hartford Financial Services Group.

As an Actuary with a degree in Applied Mathematics, you can be assured Paul is going to understand the numbers. His is very analytical and still considers himself a "numbers geek".

At Wealth Management Services, Paul serves as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) specializing in personal asset management as well as Qualified Retirement Plans (e.g. 401(k), 403(b), SEP IRA, and SIMPLE plans).

Paul has qualified for and was awarded the AIF® Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.  AIF designees undergo rigorous initial and ongoing requirements to attain and retain their designation.

The Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation is the mark of commitment to a standard of investment fiduciary excellence. Those who earn the AIF mark successfully complete a specialized program on investment fiduciary standards of care, including a Code of Ethics expected of all credential holders, and subsequently pass a comprehensive examination.

Paul enjoys the freedom of an Investment Advisor Representative.  He has no relationship with a broker/dealer, which means Paul is truly working for the client with no conflict of interest. Traditional brokers who say they work for you, are paid by the Broker/Dealer firm, and must consider their firm's interest as well. 

One of the unique features at WMS is the use of Riskalyze, a tool that measures your individual risk tolerance accurately.  Using Riskalyze, we will also measure your portfolio risk, then provide guidance when these risk levels do not match.  Virtually no advisors in this area are using this technology.  Paul challenges you to take a risk tolerance and portfolio assessment and believes they will not be aligned based on past experiences.  Other advisors without the proper tools are just not matching the client’s portfolio risk with their risk tolerance.
